Kalimpong - A Pristine Hill Station of India

Kalimpong is a scenic hill station which is situated in Darjeeling in West Bengal. This small town is at an elevation of 1250 m above the sea level. Pachmarhi Hill Station

Pachmarhi is one of the most sought after tourist destinations of Madhya Pradesh. This beautiful and pulsating location is situated at the altitude of around 3, 555 feet and is surrounded by the most fascinating sceneries of Satpura Hills. This saucer shaped valley was discovered in the year 1857 by Captain James Forsyth of the Bengal Lancers. This was further developed as the sanatorium and relaxing place for British troops. The name Pachmarhi i. e. Panch-Marhi which means five caves served as shelter for Pandava brothers for some period during their exile.

Bees Falls - Pachmarhi offers a range of waterfalls and several lakes. Bees Falls is one of the most important and exquisite falls and is the point from where the mesmerizing scene of Sunset can be seen. This is one of the must visit attractions of Pachmarhi which is situated just about 10 minutes walking distance from Apsara Vihar. It offers some of the most popular bathing pools.

Apsara Vihar - is a natural bathing pool, emerged due to small waterfall. This is situated in close proximity to the Pandava Caves. The pool is a bit deeper around the fall but is shallow at the end; however this place is still good for safe swimming and diving.

This is often referred as the 'Fairy Pool' as the English ladies used to take bath in this pool. The locals used to sneak a look through the bushes and as the English ladies are of white color they used to called them 'Fairy queens' or 'Apsaras'.

Duchess Falls - is another fall which one will not afford to miss. This beautiful fall lies in the majestic ranges of Satpura. This enchanting waterfall tumbles down into three cascades. If you want to reach the base of the first cataract, you need to go for the trek of 4 kilometers. This beautiful waterfall falls down from the height of more than hundred meters making a rasping sound.
